Four blocks to the beach! All the benefits of a home minus the parking and traffic congestion of the hotels. Just a five minute walk to Gulf Blvd. and the beach. An immaculate, completely remodeled (floor to ceiling), two bedroom, one bath cottage. There is a king-size bed in the master with a queen size bed in the second bedroom. The open floor plan allows you to prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen while you converse with your guests in the living or dining area. Or if you choose you can grill outside on the patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is a big screen t.v., cable, stereo (with a turntable!), a dvd player, and washer and dryer. In the fenced back yard there is a patio with table and chairs. For the beach, chairs, a cooler and a wagon are available. Two bicycles in the storage shed are at your disposal!
activities and attractions in Madeira Beach Gulf Coast Central
The trolley runs several times per hour on Gulf Blvd. from Clearwater to Passe-A-Grille Beach. You can purchase a one day ticket, riding as often as you like, for $4.00 per person. The eighteen mile stretch is filled with too many restaurants and attractions to list here.
John's Pass Village is just eight blocks away. Tampa is just a thirty minute drive while Disney World is ninety minutes away!
