Vacation Rental Description

Just steps from Bowmans Beach-Sanibels best shelling beach, this two  
story townhouse style unit has 1500 square feet of living space. The  
condo occupies the second and third floors of the building. There is  
one unit below, but none above it. You need to walk up stairs to  
enter the condo. The first floor has an eat in kitchen-just remodeled  
in Fall of 2005, living room, dining room, lanai, half bath and full  
size laundry. The second floor has a bedroom with two twin beds, a  
full bath in the hall and the master suite. The master suite has a  
king size bed, private bath, and private lanai. There is a TV set and  
DVD Player in the living room and each bedroom. The condo overlooks  
the courtyard and tennis court. There is wireless internet hook up.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This low rise condo complex is on the quiet side of the island near  
Captiva. There are no other condo complexes in the area-we are  
surrounded by private homes and estates. This makes this location  
less crowded and more peaceful. Blind Pass Condos have lush tropical  
vegitation and many palm trees. The large free form pool is  
surrounded by lounge chairs. There are barbeque grills, two tennis  
courts and a management office on site for your comfort. Covered  
parking is assigned to each condo. We are one mile from Ding Darling  
Wildlife Refuge for birdwatching and alligator sightings. World class  
shopping and dining opportunities are a five minute drive away on  
Sanibel and Captiva.There is no hurricane damage-everything is in top  
condition!

Activities and Attractions

Shelling-Sanibel's beaches are world famous as is the Shell Museum. 
  
Fishing-from the beach, charters or Sanibel's Fishing Pier. 
 
Golf-two courses on Sanibel and numerous opportunities in Ft. Myers. 
 
Boat Rentals and Cruises-from Captiva and the Sanibel Marina. 
 
Kayaking-in Tarpon Bay or from Captiva, a great way to view wildlife. 
 
Bikes-there are miles of trails. Rental companies deliver bikes to  
your condo. 
 
Wildlife Viewing-At Ding Darling Preserve or from the beach. Baby  
turtles hatch on the beach on warm Spring nights. Dolphins are  
frequently sighted from the beach or on cruises.

Vacation Rental Rates

Thanksgiving:            $ 975.00 per week  
Christmas:               $1750.00 per week 
January:                 $1190.00 per week 
February through Easter: $1795.00 per week 
After Easter:            $ 895.00 per week 
 
There is a one week minimum stay. There will be a five percent  
discount for rentals of thirty consecutive days or more. Rates do not  
include sales tax, which is 11%. There is an additional charge of  
$35.00 as a booking fee. Linen service is included.
