Rented from Saturday to Saturday, 3 nights on Availability Only.

This townhouse features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  It is a 3 story building with a pool.  Off street parking for 1 car.  Garade is used for storage space only.  This condo is non-smoking.

First floor features a bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom, and a TV.

Second floor features 3 bedrooms on it.  The first bedroom features 2 twin beds.  The second bedroom features a queen bed with a balcony.  The third bedroom features a bunk bed a double bed on the bottom and a twin on the top and a TV.  This floor has a full bathroom.  

The third floor features a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, coffeepot, dishes, utensils, and pots.  There is a living room, bathroom, washer, dryer, and a balcony on this floor also.

The pool is unheated and shared by 9 units.  Pool Hours are from 9AM to 9PM.  

Linens and towels not provided.  Linens can be provided for an extra fee of $60.00

Rates do not apply to Holidays.

Security deposit of $300.00 required and is refundable a 2 weeks from the check out date.

A deposit of $600.00 is required to confirm reservation.  All balances must be paid in full a month in advance.

Cancellation Poilcy: 30 days or before the check in date there will be a 25% cancellation fee.  30 days or less before the check in date no money will be refunded.
