-A reservation deposit of 50% is required upon booking.
-Payment in full required 60 days prior to arrival.
-All cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival to avoid losing your booking payment.
-$650.00 refundable security deposit (refunded within 10 days of departure)
-12% Florida State tax is to be added to above rates
