This lovely home located at Harbor Side is available to rent nightly or weekly. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located at poolside, sleeps 4-5 guests. The beach is just steps away, and there are plenty of local attractions to take in. This is a private complex. This is a single family home, not a condo, it resides in the condo complex.
This home is less than 1/4 mile from downtown Port Clinton and the Jet Express ferry service to Put-in-Bay. Enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and the Portage River Harborside marina. The grounds of the complex feature a pool, hot tub, playground and picnic area with both gas and charcoal grills.
Great location with Cleveland an hour away, Toledo 30 minutes, Detroit 2 hours and Sandusky only 20 minutes away!

Central heating and air, heated pool, large deck, pool, hot tub, grills, childrens play area, t.v, dvd, internet, cable, fully furnished, all kitchen equipment included, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, crock pot, utensils. Games, books, movies, puzzles. (excludes: washer/dryer)
The pool and hot tub are not available until Memorial Day.

Rates for 2013
Weekly rentals run from Sunday at 4pm thru Sunday 11am
Weekly Rates after June1 , 2013 $1,300.00 thru September 2013 $1,300.00
Daily rentals are a 3 night minimum and are typically only available in the off season. Call for other considerations. There is a refundable security deposit as well. $750 for weekly, $500 for daily stays of 3-4 days
There is a cleaning fee of $150 per stay. (For renters joining other vacation rental families or friends in the complex during their stay the cleaning charge for this unit is $250.00)
A 3% percent lodging tax rate is required for all hotel, motel, B&B's and vacation home rentals in Ottawa County, OH. This required tax will be added as a separate charge to your itemized rental agreement.
