June 1st - September 30th $2,500/week or $6,500/month
October 1st - May 31st $3,500/week or $8,500/month
This property has a utility cap of $150 for weekly stays and $300
for monthly stays. Any amount exceeding that, is paid by the tenant.
There is also a refundable security deposit due, a $250
nonrefundable cleaning fee due, and the use of a long distance
calling card.
