Vacation Rental Description

Available April 1st, 2008.  This home is located on the 
7th fairway of the Talon Course within the prestigious Grayhawk Golf 
Community in North Scottsdale.  This home has some of the best views 
of the McDowell Mountains that you will find.  The backyard is 
an oasis which features a pebble-tec pool and spa with 3 water 
features, as well as a built-in gas grill and refrigerator at 
poolside.  There is also an outside gas firepit for those chilly 
evenings.  The home boasts 2 master suites which both have king 
beds.  The third bedroom has a queen bed.   The living room consists 
of 2 leather couches, a 60" Sony widescreen TV, Sony receiver, Sony 
DVD player, and a pair of Klipsch tower speakers. The kitchen is 
fully furnished with all pots, pans, dishes, coffe maker, etc. There 
is a breakfast area in the kitchen for 4, as well as a formal dining 
area for 6. The ceilings are all 12 foot and the entire house has 
beautiful freeform flagstone throughout, except the bedrooms. The 
kitchen has full granite countertops with maple cabinets and brand 
new stainless steel appliances. The home is tastefully decorated and 
located in a quiet neighborhood.

available within a 20 minute drive which consist of golfing, hiking, 
biking, shopping, all 4 professional sports, theater, casino, horse 
track, dog track, and sight seeing.

Vacation Rental Rates

This home is available for the following time periods:

June 1st - September 30th       $3,600/week  or  $7,500/month
October 1st - May 31st          $4,400/week  or  $8,500/month

 
This property has a utility cap of $150 for weekly stays and $300 
for monthly stays. Any amount exceeding that, is paid by the tenant. 
There is also a refundable security deposit due, a $250 
nonrefundable cleaning fee due, and the use of a long distance 
calling card.

This home requires NO SMOKING. Will consider some pets. Sorry, no 
cats.
