Awesome, almost new, spacious three level home on the edge of large clean lake. Open floor plan allows you to view lake activity in summer and a roaring fire in winter. State of the art ktichen with dishwasher, microwave, glasstop range and nearby pantry/laundry. Three bedrooms and two full baths are on the second floor. The lower level walks out to the lake and houses the recreation room, bunk room, sleeping alcove and full bath. Beautifully landscapped with gentle slope. Lakeside area has almost level lawn, great for volleyball or croquet to the waters edge.

The Berkshires offer an amazing array of cultural and recreation activities. Try Tanglewood for the Boston Symphony, Jacobs Pillow for dance Berkshire Theatre, Shakespear Theatre and much more. Recreation starts right at your front door with swimming, boating and sailing. Hiking around the lake will get you in shape or drive over to Bash Bish falls for spectacular waterfall and park. Take the mountian road up Mt. Graylock for a panoramic view of three states and while you're there have a picnic and climb rocks at Hooper Campground. Jimmy Peak ski resort has summer activities as well as winter.
