Vacation Rental Description

This spacious vacation home is located on a private wooded acre in  
the Waterville Valley Estates, in Campton, New Hampshire. The house  
is just two miles from Interstate 93 and only two hours from  
downtown Boston. 
 
This four bedroom contemporary home has a spacious open-concept  
living area with a vaulted ceiling and spectacular White Mountain  
panoramic views. The most striking feature of the living area is the  
large floor-to-ceiling fieldstone fireplace and the two large  
sliding glass doors leading out to an expansive deck. First level  
includes a foyer area, laundry room with washer/dryer, half bath,  
fully applianced kitchen, dining area, and living room with  
fieldstone fireplace. Pull out queen sofa and love seat in the  
sitting area with TV and DVD player. Deck with a new grill. The  
second level has a large loft area with cathedral ceiling including  
private master bedroom with double bed and private bath with shower  
and private balcony with sliding glass door overlooking sweeping  
mountain views. The lower level has two bedrooms (one with TV) with  
sliding glass doors and mountain views. One bedroom with two twin  
beds. All bedrooms have new Monitor heating units in them. Full bath. 
 
4WD vehicle needed to access property in winter.

As a guest of Waterville Estates you are allowed access to the  
private multi-million dollar recreation center which includes: 2  
indoor pools, 1 outdoor pool, in and outdoor jacuzzis, sauna rooms,  
a gym including cardio machines and free weights, game room,  
library, lounge with light menu and bar, pool table, cross-country  
trails, lighted skate pond, snowshoeing trails, and ongoing events. 
 
Campton Mountain is located in Waterville Estates and is very  
affordable and great for both kids and beginners. The mountain has  
its own ski lodge with big-screen TV and food/drink. Waterville  
Valley (15 minutes), Mount Tenney (15 Minutes), Loon Mountain (20  
Minutes), Cannon (30 Minutes), Horse drawn sleigh Rides (5 Minutes),  
Ski Rental (5 Minutes), Snowmobile Rental (15 Minutes), Super Wal- 
Mart (10 Minutes), Tilton Outlet Shopping (30 Minutes).
