The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 26" flat-screen color television with cable, a ceiling fan, a convenient desk area, a large closet, its own full bath, and a private lanai with a view of both the mountains and the garden. Designed to be self-contained, the master bedroom can be closed off from the rest of the unit for privacy.

The breezy living room is superbly furnished and has a 32" flat-screen color television with cable, Blu-ray DVD player, a stereo system, and a ceiling fan. Additional guests can be accommodated on the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room has a wonderful view of the Pacific, and opens onto a lanai for an even closer view, perfect for an early morning tropical breakfast or whale-watching in winter months.

A spacious sleeping loft includes one queen and one x-long double bed, closet, dresser, TV with PlayStation 2, and a desk to accommodate further guests. Unit design is ideal for two couples or a family with 2 children.

The unit includes two full bathrooms, both with tub-shower combo, hair dryers and linens.
