Punta Banda House in Ensenada

It's time to kick back, relax and get "The Baja Feeling"...Pack up the kids and the dog (or not), and travel 16 miles south of Ensenada to the spectacular sunsets on the uppder deck of our beach front family vacation home. The tri-levels afford privacy but plenty of room for the family and friends to gather. Living room with fireplace (wood burning), kitchen/breakfast bar / dining areas are on the third level, two-bedrooms and 3/4 bath are on the second level, one with queen bed and the other with one full and  and a twin bed. The third bedroom is on the first level with its own 3/4 bath. Spectacular 360 degree views of the back bay, mountains, city lights from the second level and the upper deck with glass-enclosed view room. The garage can accomodate two cars, plus you can park an additional vehicle, small RV, boat or sea-do's with trailer in the front yard (gravel area). The yard is gated and with padlock.

If the beach is your haven, then this is it! The gentle waves and sandy beach are a few yards down the steps, and almost private without mobs of tourists and only a few neighbors or renters like you who may stroll by and say hello.Barbeque the catch of the day, cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy the culinary delights of the local chefs who will prepare churros, seafood, the best fish and "al pastor" tacos ever, and true Mexican cuisine of the nearby restaurants at the Bufadora or Ensenada. Plenty of vendors to shop for bargains, and see the famous Blow Hole shooting the water 100 ft in the air as the tide crashes against the rocks. If you like to fish, bring your gear and blood worms to fish right on the beach, you can negotiage with the local fishermen to take you out on their "Pangas", or book a 1/2 or full day on the commercial fishing boats out of Ensenada. There is also horseback riding nearby.  Relaxing and doing nothing is great too. Just sit there in front of the window and stare; who cares! And there's no need to worry if you forgot something; there's a small store at the nearby campground about a mile down the road stocked with essentials, or you can shop for all your needs at Costco or other major stores in Ensenada. Our home is comfortable, cozy, and best of all, filled with the warmth of family and friends who have shared our dream.

Call for the monthly and group rates. The deposit holds the house up to six months. There is a $100 minimum cancellation fee, only if notice given at least one month in advance. Cancellation notice less than one month from date of arrival will forfeit the full deposit. Pets welcomed with security deposit.
