Awesome condo, location, and owner.

This was our first experience in renting a condo for our vacation. What a GREAT experience. Needless to say it won't be the last time we rent a condo instead of staying in a hotel or motel. This condo was definately a "HOME AWAY FROM HOME." We totally enjoyed drinking our coffee on the deck and watching the sunrise over the ocean in the mornings. We didn't go to do alot of touristy things, we just wantd to relax and watch the ocean. The swimming pool was beautiful and very well kept. Ron, the owner was great to deal with and always got back to us immediately with any questions or concerns we had. We will hopefully get to return to this condo & Carolina beach very soon. Until then our memories of this wonderful vacation will have to do. I would recommend this condo to everyone.

Recommended for: families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Great Beach Get Away!

I went to this fabulous location with a group of my best friends and we flew in so we had no car (Angel's Taxi has the best deals from the Wilmington Airport!). The condo is even better than you can imagine from the photos and found perfectly clean when we arrived! This condo is just across a very quiet street from the public access to the beach! You can wake up to the sunrise and the ocean from the deck every morning and the boardwalk/main town is just a couple blocks north of the facility (make sure you get Britt's donuts, visit The Fat Pelican bar, and get fresh seafood from the Shuckin' Shack). The pool is quaint and pleasant and the neighbors are more than nice and welcoming! However, it is on the second floor so you must be respectful of your noise level as the neighbors below you can hear your foot steps. The kitchen is really more than fully equipped and the rooms are more than comfy, especially the king sized bed, and the bathrooms are gorgeous! We had an absolute unforgettable time and we owe it all to this wonderful condo and especially Ron who is the best and always willing to answer your questions! I would recommend this place to everyone I know!

Recommended for: families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Wonderful condo

What a wonderful condo. Upgrades are fantastic. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was also great. Beach access across street. The condo also has wonderful views of the ocean for not being ocean front.Great places to eat and things to do were within walking distance. If you want a relaxing vacation this is it. The beaches were not crowded and we were usually the only ones at the pool. We will be back!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway
