Panoramic views of the ocean from the LR, DR, MBR and kitchen - You wont find better views.   Views + rates + renovated + clean = sells out fast !

You are in Wild Dunes - a beautiful gated community - within walking distance to three Wild Dunes restaurants, the Link Golf Course, bike rental, kids' playground and much more!

Updates July 2010 - New s/s stove, fridge & micro, new leather furniture in den, and freshly painted.   In 2004 two completely new bathrooms and new tile in the kitchen, hallway, and bathrooms.

It is professionally decorated with custom window and bed treatments throughout.  The building was up-dated in 2002 (new windows, sliding glass doors, railings, carpet on the deck, etc.)

MBR - king (walk-in closet, 2 dressers, bathtub with shower, 2 sinks, & TV with DVD/VCR).

Spare BR - 2 double beds (10 foot closet, 2 dressers, separate shower, 2 sinks, and TV with VCR).

The unit is very well equipped with all the pots and pans, dishes, linens and utensils you will need. We have large mugs, heavy silverware, place mats, cloth napkins, and 12 spices! (These are pet peeves of ours - we did not want the few unmatched pieces of silverware, the tiny mugs, etc. that we had experienced when we rented!).

The LR has two large sofas, a coffee table, a 27" TV with VCR/DVD, & the sounds of the ocean to relax you at the end of the day! The deck is off the LR and has a table with 4 chairs and a matching recliner. ALL window & bed treatments are custom!

Why us?    Easy!  You rent a newly rennovated condo that is large and clean for less!   You can't match our view and standards anywhere else on the island!

We rented for 8 yrs. in Wild Dunes before buying - so we know what you want and we care! We are new, clean, have many extra amenities and only one caring person to deal with! Just read our guest book - or call to reserve and see what carefree beach living is all about! You will love it!
