This spacious air conditioned third floor condo features a covered entry with elevator access. This open floor plan features wood floors throughout the main living space along with brand new berber carpet in the hallway and two bedrooms.
The kitchen features a built-in microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, pantry and stackable washer/dryer set. The dining area is perfect for romantic dinners or entertaining. The Great Room is furnished with a leather sofa/ leather recliner, cable and 46 in. flat screen tv.
The lanai has a gorgeous view of the thirteenth hole on Pinebrook Golf course. The Master Bedroom Suite has a queen sized bed, dresser and 32 in. flat screen tv/ cable provide, walk-in closet. The master bathroom features and extra large tiled shower. The guest room features a queen sized bed. The hallway bathroom provides a bathtub/shower.
Additional storage space is provided in a locked gated storage room on the third floor.
