2 Bedroom fully remodeled beach house. South Venice Beach is at end of our street with fully inclusive private ferry to take you on a 5 minute ride across the inter-coastal to our association private beach. Ferry pass included, as are umbrella, beach chairs, cooler and water toys! Miles of beautiful beaches! Ferry runs every day sunrise to sunset on the ½ hour. We even have a hat rack with everything from wide sun hats to fishing hats!

Private garden with patio sitting area, table chairs, barbeque grill and outdoor fire pit. Privacy fenced back yard, very safe for children and pets.

Enjoy Florida’s beautiful weather & beaches - there’s so much to see nearby…Venice beach, Manasota beach, Nokomis Beach, Casey Key, Siesta Key, just to mention a few. A great home and local to relax and unwind!

Take a ride by bicycle down to the beach or enjoy the miles of wonderful bike paths. Take a kayak and enjoy a paddle along the inter-coastal. Take a ride to Sharkey’s waterfront dining, with band and fishing pier. Convenient to great variety of stores. The perfect location on the Gulf Coast. The beautiful town of Venice on Venice Island is just 5 minutes away, Siesta Key is half hour ride, or take a day trip to Disney in Orlando 2 hours away.

Our two bedroom Mediterranean style cottage is fully equipped with everything you need. Linens, bathroom towels and beach towels. New Kitchen and bathroom. New air conditioning system and full water conditioning system. House is light bright and airy. Very clean and well maintained. Wonderful breezeway with dining table and sliding door to the patio.

Wi-Fi internet, TV, DVD, VCR and stereo radio. Open living room/kitchen area. Full kitchen includes easy clean flat top stove and microwave. Coffee Maker, toaster, blender, great set of pans and all the other equipment you could need to cook your meals or prepare your cocktails!

All utilities are included, sheets & towels, washer/dryer, cable TV, Video, DVD and assortment of videos for your viewing pleasure. Patio with outdoor furniture and covered parking for one car. Spacious driveway for friends and family. Mature pink grapefruit trees – pick your own when in season. Pets Ok with signed pet agreement and pet fee.

We try to think of everything to make your stay (and mine) the most comfortable possible. Our house is a work in progress, while we have finished the interior we are still working with our landscaper on exterior garden planting, so we appreciate you watering the plants for us.

$95 End of stay cleaning fee, 12% Florida Lodging Taxes (State 7%, Tourism 5%)

Cancellation Policy: Greater than 60 days prior to arrival full refund less $100 admin fee. Less than 60 days prior to arrival full refund if dates rebooked, less $100 admin fee & less any discounts given to rebook the cancelled dates.

Creditcards accepted for deposit, balance by check.  3% surcharge on balance payment by creditcard.
