Vacation Rental Description

Newly redecorated Luxury 5* Lakefront Executive 2500sqft 5 bedroom  
House Oak Island Cove, Kissimmee with Games Room, Jacuzzi, Pool Bar,  
Nursery, Website Video Tour, sleeps 10/12+cot 
 
There is also a computer area with a High Speed Internet PC, Fax &  
Printer. Wireless Internet access is also available 
 
Location  
Oak Island Cove is a new development of luxury homes half a mile  
from Interstate 192, where many shops, restaurants & all services  
can be found, including a 24-hour supermarket. Disney World is only  
2 miles away. 
 
The house comprises 5 bedrooms over 2 storeys. There are TVs in each  
bedroom with either DVD or VCR. There are also ceiling fans in every  
room. The Master bedroom downstairs is very large with a king-size  
bed, 2 walk-in closets & en-suite bathroom. It also includes an en- 
suite Nursery area with cot & bedding & mobile, highchair, changing  
table & pad, armchair. There is a further twin-bedded room  
downstairs. Upstairs a further twin-bedded room can share a bathroom  
with a large double bedroom with queen size bed. The 2nd Master  
bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom & a double bed. 
 
Downstairs there is a fully-fitted kitchen with many appliances & a  
breakfast bar. We also include a cool box for your convenience. 
There are both casual & formal dining areas & a cloakroom. There is  
a 35" Cable TV with DVD. 3 Telephones (free local calls), one  
with ansaphone. Air-conditioning/heating throughout. All bed linen,  
bathroom & pool towels provided.  
Separate utility room with large washer & dryer. 2 living areas, one  
leading to the patio/pool area. 
 
New Games room complete with Pool Table, Electronic Dart board, TV  
with Play Station 2, Table Football, many board games & other  
amusements...fitted carpet & air-conditioning  
 
The upgraded 28x14 ft pool has optional heating. There is also a  
full-size heated Jacuzzi/Spa. Outside the lake view is fabulous,  
there is plenty of top quality patio furniture, including 2 tables  
for generous seating options. There is a cooling fan as well.  
 
The owners have spent much time to personalize their home & are  
constantly adding additional features.
