Vacation Rental Description

The Condo is 1,110 sq.ft.with two bedrooms king size bed in each,two 
full baths,living room with(hide-a-bed),dining room, and Kitchen 
with eating bar that seats 4. It sleeps 6 people comfortable. Off 
site cleaning, and linen service paid by condo owner.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include: A fireplace, 3 cable TV's, washer, dryer, deck 
with gas grill, and a fully furnished kitchen. The master bedroom 
has its own private bath, along with a deck that overlooks a private 
cove. The condo has 2 out door swimming pools, and a playground. The 
condo also has central air and heat. No pets or Smoking allowed.

Activities and Attractions

Minutes away from the following attractions Golf courses,minature 
golf courses,waterpark,go cart tracks,a 110 store outlet mall,and 
several restaurants by land, and water.

Vacation Rental Rates

Condo Rates for May 15th thru September 15th are $150.00 per night 
with a minimum of 4 nights stay. Off season rates are $115.00 per 
night with a minimum of 4 night stay.
A covered Boat slip is available with the condo for $10.00 per day. 
The slip size is 10ft.X 30ft. 


Boat Trailer storage is a requirement, and is available for $10.00 
per day. The storage needs to be paid to the condo management.
