Also on the first floor is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, living area with large TV (DVD/VCR), fireplace, screened porch and front deck. The second level hosts another large master bedroom with two queen-size beds, and a second bedroom with two twins. Each have a private bath and TV.

The Bethany Bay Resort is ideally suited for your family vacation. 
Isolated from the bustle of the highway, it is magnificently quiet and 
picturesque.

Just 4 miles away from Bethany Beach with its boardwalk, restaurants and gift shops. Rehoboth Beach's tax-free outlets are 20 minutes away.

2013 Rental Rates:

Spring/Early Summer: 

April 17 - June 5 - $1,400/week or $250/night (3 night min.)

Prime Summer:

June 12 - Sept. 4 - $1,700/week.  Weekly rentals only. 

Shoulder Season:

Sept. 4 - Sept. 25 - $1,500/week or $250/night (3 night min.)

Fall:

Sept. 25 - Nov. 20 - $1,400/week or $250/night (3 night min.)

Rental weeks are Saturday - Saturday. 50% due with booking; balance due 30 days prior to arrival. No additional taxes or recreational fees. $250 refundable security deposit. Family groups only and must be at least 25 years of age to sign the lease. No vacationing students. Max. occupancy of 10.
