This clean and comfortable 2 bedroom home is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Its amenities include a newly remodeled kitchen w/ dishwasher, microwave, all small appliances, ceiling fans, and quality cookware, utensils and tableware. There is a full bar w/ stools as well as a sit down dining table. And, foodies will be delighted with the organic culinary herb garden growing on the deck!
Each airy bedroom has a ceiling fan, and all the beds have new top quality mattresses and pillows. Bedding will be provided.
Outside, a remarkably private wrap-around deck is adorned w/ colorful annuals and offers views of both woods and water. There is a large, private outside shower w/ changing area; a walk in storage shed; and an upper sun deck w/ panoramic views of the Great South Bay.
The house was designed with a 16ft. high hip roof, open ceiling, exposed beams, cedar throughout, and a huge brick fireplace all to create a stunning but rustic "beachy" atmosphere.
