The second you arrive at Cypress 6 in Pajaro Dunes, you know you have come to someplace special.  Our unit is the premier townhome in Pajaro!  With its beachfront location and beautiful decor you wont be disappointed.

With its magnificent Cypress and Acacia trees Pajaro Dunes offers a setting like no other!  On one side of our townhome you can watch otters and dolphins playing in the surf, while on the other side beautfiul trees offer their shade and privacy! (Great climbing too!)

Nitty Gritty...

1. Bedroom 1 (The Blue Room) Offers ocean view, private deck, king bed, TV with DVD player, bathroom with two sinks, bathtub and shower.
2. Bedroom 2 (Acacia Room)  Offers shady trees, private deck, queen bed, twin trundle, bathroom with two sinks, bathtub and shower.
3. Bedroom 3 (Kid Paradise)  Very Large Room!!  Three twin beds, no view, private deck, bathroom with single sink, bath/shower combo.
4. Bedroom 4 (The Pad) On the Sand! Private deck overlooking the dunes. Set up like another family room.  TV with DVD, pullout couch, queen bed, bathroom with single sink, bath/shower combo.

• Our home is on three levels!  If stairs are an issue you may want to reconsider renting our unit!

Our Unit Is Fully Stocked!

• Well-stocked Kitchen...whip up a four course meal while watching the waves! (Or maybe just throw a pizza in the oven!) 
• Gas Barbeque (on patio directly off kitchen)
• All Linens included (Sheets, towels, beach towels, etc.)
• Washer and Dryer (Unfortunately clothes get dirty on vacation too!)
• Hair Dryers
• TV's with DVD players in three rooms

Nitty Gritty...

On-site property management office provides keys and welcome packet and are available 24/7 in the unlikely need of any maintenance issues.  Office also provides access to a business center with a computer/printer for boarding passes, etc.

Handsoap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, Kleenex, toilet paper and duraflame log included.  Shampoo and other personal toiletry items are not restocked by housekeeping and should be brought.  Nationwide long distance phone and utilities are included.  Cell phone reception is good in the building and parking lots. 

In the unlikely event you will ever want to leave Cypress 6 and Pajaro Dunes here are a few things to consider...

• Santa Cruz 20 minutes North (Beach Boardwalk, shopping, movie theatres, restaurants, surfing, tidepools, Mystery Spot)
• Carmel and Monterey, 30 minutes South (Aquarium, Fishermans Wharf, Art Galleries, shopping, restaurants, Carmel Mission, festivals, Steinbeck Museum)
• Golfing (Pebble Beach, Seascape, Spyglass or for the budget minded Spring Hills is 10 min. away!)
• Wine tasting (Bonny Doon Vineyard, Soquel Vineyards, and Estancia)
• Antiques (This entire area is known for its antiques, Aptos, Salinas and Carmel all offer treasures to be found!)

Regular Rates:

$350 nightly.  Weekly rate $2450

Holiday Rates:  Include Summer Season (June-Aug) and Weekends

$450 nightly.  Weekly rate $3150

Three night minimum stay

Weekly rentals start on Thursday afternoon 4pm or later and end on Thursday morning no later than 12 noon.

Check in 4 pm on day of arrival.  Check out 12 noon on day of departure.

$500 deposit, cleaning fee of $150 is taken from this deposit. 10% Santa Cruz tax is additional
