There is a luxurious heated pool with hot tub and gas fire pit. Pool
heat is an extra charge of $150 - $250 per week (seasonal). We
recommend pool heat from October to June, depending on the weather.

A signed Rental Agreement must be received with your rental payment.
Payment must be received in Secured Funds (i.e., cashier's check,
money order). PayPal is accepted (tenant to pay PayPal fees). Until
confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Rates may
change during special events. $1000 Security Deposit is required on
top of rental fee. Rentals of less than one week will be subject to
a non-refundable cleaning fee of $150. There is an additional
$150-250 charge for pool heat, if needed.
