On the free bus line and bike path. Comfortably furnished Fairway Nine Condo is located across from pool, hot tub and sauna private to the area. Also has use of all Harker Center and Elkhorn Amenities.
Master has King bed, lots of closet space. Large vanity, tub and shower. Guest bedroom has Twin beds, large closet and TV. Guest bath has tub, shower & vanity.
Large utility room with new washer and gas dryer, ironing board & iron, vacuum and cleaning supplies.
Large living room has gas fireplace, portable bar, 52" TV with surround sound, extra large "L" shaped couch that could sleep 1 or 2 people and patio doors to the deck with propane BBQ.
Dining room table seats 6, plus the breakfast bar in the Kitchen seats 2 to 4 people. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, pots & pans and everything you need. The large side by side refrigerator has water and ice in the door.
Coffee pot, blender, ice bucket, toaster, mixer, hair dryers, circulating fan, flashlight, extra linens, towels, etc, are all included. The is a ground floor end unit with lots of light. Has a view of the golf course and Elkhorn ski lift. Lot's of mature trees give plenty of privacy.
