tastefully decorated to create a cozy atmosphere. A Southeastern 
exposure allows the sun to pour in, flooding the interior rooms with 
morning and early afternoon sunshine. The screened lanai offers a 
panoramic view of the sparkling lake (with spray fountain) which is 
home to many species of waterfowl and tropical exotic birds. 
You may want to soak up the sun on the private roof top sun deck 
which over looks Wiggins Bay. The community pool and club house are 
just steps away and are always a social and welcoming environment 
for all ages. 

In addition to these wonderful amenities, as a rentor of this unit, 
you will have access to all of the privleges of the TARPON COVE 
YACHT & RACQUET CLUB (the rentor is responsible for the transfer fee)

Kitchen- Stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage 
disposal, blender, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, and all utensils for 
cooking and serving food.

Master Bedroom- King size bed with matching bedroom set, cable TV, 
telephone, walk in closet, answering machine, 
ceiling fan and a Lake view. Sliding glass doors to lanai.

Master Bathroom- His and her sinks, jetted tub, glass door shower

Guest Bedroom- Two twin beds, with matching dresser set, telephone and
ceiling fan.  If you have guests, two single aerobeds are in the guest 
room closet.

Condo has two beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for your 
convenience at the beaches.  The Tarpon Cove Yacht & Racquet 
Club provides beach chairs if you take the  pontoon shuttle to the beach.

gated security, elevator and enclosed stairwell.
