vacation rental description
Beautiful beach house in the heart of cocoa beach. To give a little information about the cocoa beach rental, you are approx 100 steps to the beach. It has an outside shower and barbecue and nice views of the beach off the third floor look out balcony. All three bedrooms upstairs have queens and down stairs has a double pullout and a single bed. All towels and linens are provided Three full baths two upstairs one down. Generally we require half down to reserve and the remainder four weeks before check in. There is a lovely deck on the third story where you can enjoy the sea breeze while barbequieng or sit and enjoy the night sky. The master bathroom has a large tub for soaking in after a fun day at the beach. There is a large screen tv so you don't miss your favorite game or get caught up on the latest movie. Their is a large counch that provides lots of sitting room so there is never a lack of space. The kitchen is large and spacious to feed the masses. There is a washer and dryer so you don't have to take home dirty cloths.
activities and attractions in Cocoa Beach Atlantic Coast Central
You are in the heart of Cocoa Beach, walking distance to restaurants, and publix shopping plaza strip mall and three blocks north up beach of Cocoa Beach pier but just far enough away not to hear any of the noise from the afore mentioned. The Cocoa pier also has live entertainment and restaurants and ice cream arcade with games for the kids. You are about 35 minutes from orlando 3 miles from the cruise lines and casino ships, 1 mile from RonJons surf shop biggest surf shop in country. Two miles from mini golf and go carts.
vacation rental rates
rates would be $1595 plus $175.45 tax and a refundable $400 security(will be completely refunded if you leave the house clean and damage free). Total $2170.45. The cleaning fee is $195 if you choose to leave a mess.
Once the $400 has been refunded the week will only cost 1770.45
We typically rent Saturday to Saturday.
The off season rates weekly are $1375 plus $151.25 rental tax and a $400 security Deposit returned to you when you leave the house clean and damage free.
