Location: Kihei, Maui, Hawaii on the Sunny South Shore. Only 25
minutes from the airport at Kahului.
Description: The apartment is in building 1 (3rd floor) of the Maui
Vista Resort Condominium. Maui Vista is comprised of three low rise
buildings (4 stories each)situated on 10 acres of lush tropical
landscaping. Our building is directly across the road from Kamaole
I, a world class beach that affords wonderful year round swimming,
snorkeling, and laid back relaxing.
Fully Furnished & Equipped: Full size kitchen with all appliances
including microwave oven, toaster, Pur water filter system, coffee
maker, coffee grinder, blender, and dishwasher. Air conditioning and
fans in BOTH the living room and bedroom (most units in Maui Vista
only have an AC unit in the living room). Queen bed in the bedroom
and queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a washer/dryer
in the apartment as well as a 32" LCD cable TV, DVD/VCR player, CD/Tape/AM/FM stereo system, portable phones in the bedroom and living room with answering machine, FREE BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION, and beach stuff (umbrella, chairs, mats, ice chest, water jug). All linens,
towels, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware are provided. Hair dryer and iron/ironing board also provided.
Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.
Smoking/Pets: The apartment is Smoke Free and we do not allow pets.
