Bring the family fishing!  This is a large 4 Bedroom 3 Bath lake front home on Lake Moultrie.  Enjoy beautiful sunsets with our western view, best fishing in the South East,
swimming and boating. Located in the quiet town of Bonneau Beach,
just 45 minutes out of Charleston and it's entertainment, shopping,
historic sites and Dining. Lake Moultrie has some of the best
fishing in the Southeast U.S. A perfect Family rental designed for
a quiet vacation at the lake. Sorry-No Smoking inside the home and
No Pets.
Please - No large parties, graduations, family reunions etc. We
have an 8 person limit on this property. Renters must be over 25
and staying in the property. We do not rent to Spring Breakers or
large parties-sorry but we are in a small quiet community with year
year round neighbors.

Property includes Boat Ramp, Dock big enough for suntanning on, swim
off of and watch the beautiful sunsets from. The home has a Large
Lake room, 4 Bedrooms and three Full Baths, Kitchen, Dining room,
Living room and large deck on the rear of the home.
Included on Premise: TV/DVD/CD/Stereo, microwave, coffee maker,
washer and dryer, all bed sheets, dishes, silverware, pots, blender,
toaster, pots/pans and hand towels. Anything you would find in a
typical rental.
Cable TV is on site.  No local phone on property. Please bring a cell phone.
Please bring your own Beach and Bath towels as there are none
supplied.

Lake Moultrie is the premiere fishing lake in the U.S. Southeast.
Catch Catfish, Bass and Stripers from your boat or take your chances
and throw a line off the dock. Lake Moultrie has access to the
Cooper River through the Pinopolis Lock or to Lake Marion through
the Diversion Canal. We are a 45 minute drive from historic
Charleston and all of it's historic activities, sightseeing,
shopping and dining.

Rates are from $1100 to $1600 per week. Check in/out on Saturday
Daily/weekend rates are $125 to 225/night with a 3 night minimum.
Security deposit of $300 is required and will be returned within 7
days of checkout.
