Professionally decorated with your comfort in mind, this Old Florida
style Captiva vacation rental home is appointed with everything you
would need for a fabulous beach vacation! French doors open to a
screened porch overlooking the private pool and spa. The Captains
Walk (roof sun deck) has partial views of the bay and Gulf of
Mexico.

The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped for your
entertainment pleasure. It includes a wine cooler and modern
appliances. Dining choices include the dining room/bar,
the screened & furnished lanai, poolside lanai or one of the many restaurants in
Captiva's classic village that is a short walk from the house.

For relaxing, choose from the poolside lanai, 2 screened porches, 1
open porch or the roof sun deck to enjoy Captiva's tranquil charm.
The screened lanai off the dining area and master bedroom is a great
place for a romantic dinner or to begin your day while taking in the
cool gentle Captiva Breeze from the Gulf of Mexico and tropical
vegetation.

Our Captiva vacation home is bright & airy, and offers a nice flow
for a small or large family. All four bedrooms have private baths.
Three bedrooms open to a deck. Two offer access to the roof deck.
An elevator makes this home wheelchair accessible.

To reserve Captiva Breeze we require a 10% or $500 deposit, whichever is greater.  We request a $500 security deposit be held and is refundable after the vacation. An 11% tax will be added to rental rate.
