parking garage is under it so you must take stairs or elevator to the
first floor.
Private stairs off the balcony will take you directly to the 3000
feet of private beach on Florida's Treasure Coast. Owner is a
licensed Realtor in the state of Florida.
Must be rented monthly per the association rules and regulations. No
weekly rentals.
