inspired by the Great Lodges of the Adirondacks!

This elegant, three bedroom, three bath townhouse with inviting 
Adirondack ambience is nestled in wooded seclusion against the 
backdrop of the High Peaks. Located off Old Military Road, near the 
Olympic Traing Center, Ski Jumps, and Horse Show Grounds,  you are
three to four minutes from downtown Lake Placid and ten miles from
Whiteface.  

Two floors of living space can comfortably accommodate eight people. 
This luxury townhouse includes hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, 
fir wainscoting, rustic log railings, granite countertops, stone 
fireplace, and radiant heated tiled bathroom floors. French doors 
lead to the rustic outdoor deck. Expansive double wide windows bring 
the natural outdoor setting and the spectacular views of the High 
Peaks indoors. Adirondack décor, including rustic Aspen log beds,  
is found throughout.

After a day of enjoying the many activities available in the heart 
of the Adirondacks, eat in the fully-equipped hickory kitchen, 
snuggle next to the gas stone fireplace in the Great Room or relax 
in one of the two jacuzzis. Wireless Internet available throughout 
townhouse. Entertain the family using the home theatre system 
complete with a 42 inch plasma TV. The game room in the basement 
features a foosball table.  

Two bedroom-bath suites are found upstairs; one with a queen bed and 
the second with two twin beds. The  third bedroom with a queen-size 
bed and bath are located on the first floor. The loft overlooking 
the Great Room contains a full-size futon which can double as a bed. 
Laundry facilities are found in the basement.

Note: This townhouse is part of a four townhouse building which is 
fully-completed and ready for use. However, other townhouse 
buildings are being constructed in this 12 acre development. See the
