Vacation Rental Description

Our comfortable home is by far the best value on Costa Rica's  
central Pacific Coast area, which includes Jaco Beach, Playa  
Hermosa, Quepos and Manuel Antonio.  
 
Our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath beach house is in Playa Jacó. It  
has Italian ceramic tile and native hardwoods throughout the  
house. Very large living room and dining room. Bedrooms at  
oppositie ends of house provide privacy.  
 
High-speed, wireless internet access and a great new covered  
patio add comfort and convenience. 
 
Private garden and pool. Housekeeping services included. Short  
walk to town center and beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season:  November 15 - April 30.	 
$125/night • $750/week • $2,150/month 
 
Low Season:  May 1 - November 14	 
$85/night • $495/week • $1,375/month 
 
Rates are based upon an occupancy of 2 adults. Each additional  
adult pays $15 more per night, or $50 more per week, or $125  
more  
per month. Children under 13 stay free, but count  
toward the total occupancy. For example, a family of 4 with 2  
children (under 13) and a second couple would pay $850 per  
week during the high season. 
 
Please contact us for availability and rates during Thanksgiving,  
Christmas, New Year’s and Easter weeks. 
 
For optional air conditioning add $10/night, $50/week,  
$200/month.
