This unique jazz cottage is attached to a owner occupied plantation main house on Historic Esplanade Avenue in a charming neighborhood. Cottage includes a landscaped garden with fountains and a patio area for your coffee, cocktails and barbecuing leisure. The unit has 12’ ceilings, original mahogany floors, private locked entrance to property, and safe parking. .

Lake Ponchartrain is quite close and Esplanade bus line goes to French Quarter/CBD/Dome/Sports Arena in 10 minutes

One night deposit to confirm reservation, with one (1) week notice to cancel. Plus, a $100 damage deposit is required, refundable after inspection.
Special Events: New Years, Sugar Bowl, Mardi Gras on request.
JAZZ FEST DAYS - 2 people - $325/night. Extra person $50/night. (3 night minimum) Jazz Fest deposits refundable upon 60 day notice.
