This 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo is situated on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway and is directly across from the world famous Strand Beach/Salt Creek Beach. We have one of the best views of the ocean in our complex from the living and dining room and both bedrooms. The pool and Jacuzzi are just around the corner. There are also 2 private outdoor patios with ocean views. Whether it’s watching boats sail off from the harbor during the day or the beautiful panoramic colors of the sunsets, you have the opportunity to enjoy them both.
Make yourself at home in our over 1,000 sq ft ground level condominium that has been newly upgraded for your vacation pleasure. Relax on the comfortable sofa (converts to a queen sleeper) and loveseat while watching your shows on the brand new 46" wall mounted LCD TV. New plantation shutters, flooring, and fireplace are other fine features in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new cabinets with granite countertops. Directly off the kitchen is the dining room which invites you to comfortable seating and a terrific view of the Pacific Ocean where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.
The master bedroom offers a Cal-King bed, TV, side desk , table lamps, ceiling fan, 2 dressers and extra large closet space. This bedroom also has a private patio with new tile and a contemporary bistro set to enjoy the temperate coastal air and the beautiful coastline. The master bath is updated with large tile and a porcelain bathtub , sink, countertop, and cabinets.
The guest room is decorated in a beach theme and has 2 twin beds, celing fan, LCD tv, dresser, and extra large closet space. New sliding doors open to a private tiled patio with a view as well. The guest bathroom has many upgrades including tile surround and porcelain bathtub.

-$500 deposit to secure reservation. Your deposit will be returned 2-3 weeks after your departure, less $125 for a cleaning fee. Rental fee is due 30 days before arrival. Subject to cancellation fee.
