vacation rental description
Built in 2006, this 2,800 sq foot home is ideal for family reunions. Sleeps 12 and we also have a couple of cribs. This home is air conditioned, gas fireplace in the living room, large open sitting room, granite kitchen, laundry room and everything you need for a great holiday.
The house is 3 floors high with a roof top deck and a small library on the third floor. There are 3 sofa beds in the sitting rooms, very comfortable.
4 queen sized beds (one of the master bedrooms is large enough for 2 queen beds), 1 queen sofa bed and one full sofa bed.

We have a couple of bicycles, several boogie boards, skimmers, beach chairs and other toys.
There is a large gas barbecue on the deck along with a firepit table
Fully equipped kitchen. This house is on the corner so lots of light.
activities and attractions in Oceanside San Diego Area
We are on the bike path, 2 blocks from the beach and easy access to the marina where you can rent a boat, kayak or whatever suits.
Close to Legoland, Sea World (35 miles), Disneyland (35 miles) and to San Diego. The train station is close by so you could skip the traffic and go on the train.
Beautiful long pier is a few minutes walk away.

$200 cleaning fee
$400 damage deposit normally returned to you the week after you leave.
