Enjoy your morning coffee in your screened in eating area as you look out over the water, or sunbathe during the afternoon and then gaze at the stars each evening. 

Drive five minutes across the bridge to St. Pete Beach and visit the historic Don Cesar Hotel. Then head down to peaceful Pass-A-Grille for a day at the beach or visit the many restaurants and art galleries.

Just a right turn onto to Sun Blvd and in five minutes you're in Tierra Verde and Fort Desoto Park, home of one of the country's top 10 beaches. Spend the day there for just .35 cents plus parking! All of our beaches are pristine white sand beaches.  Isla Del Sol is a wonderful get-a-way and a dream come true!

The condo is a ground floor unit, so parking is just steps away.  There are no stairs! The condo has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Our unit is fully equipped with all updated appliances including a washer and dryer. iron and ironing board. The kitchen is well stocked with all new utensils, plates, glassware, coffee maker, blender, toaster and more - everything you'll need to make your stay enjoyable and easy. The dining area has been updated with an ultra-modern table and four "glass" chairs. The metallic aqua colored wall makes this area feel like you are eating at the water's edge even indoors!

The unit has 2 new LCD flat panel TV's, Bose CD radio receiver, and DVD players. The sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom lead out onto our 15 X 30 ft expansive deck that is furnished with new colorful patio furniture and decor for your enjoyment. Our new blue iguana wall art is a whimsical yet provocative addition. Finally, if you want to catch up on email or surf the net, you can enjoy free wireless Internet access!

The complex offers beautiful pools, hot tubs, lakes, gulf beaches, fishing docks, a workout facility and walking paths. The complex is surrounded by the beauty of Boca Ciega Bay.

Available for a fee are tennis and golf  Jet ski, para-sailing, sail board and boat rentals are all available within just a few minutes in Tierra Verde.

Major theme parks like Disney World and other Orlando attractions are just 90 minutes away. Only 25 minutes away is the famous Tampa Bay Busch Garden Safari theme park.

If you're a sports fan, the Tampa Bay's Rays baseball complex is just 10 minutes from the condo. Tampa Bay also offers the Tampa Bay Bucaneer's NFL Football team, the Tampa Bay Lightning Professional Hockey team, and the home of the New York Yankee's Spring Training Stadium.

We only rent on a monthly basis. Rates are based on the season. Our rates are $2000-$3200 a month + a fully refundable security deposit of $250.00 plus, $100.00 Condo application fee and $110.00 cleaning charge.. That's less than any hotel would charge per night and you get SO MUCH MORE!!!

The unit is Lakeside villas #107 and has a large deck overlooking
the lake. Of the approximately 2000 isla condos less than 50
have these 350 sq ft decks!
