Just one block from the beach and pier, this spacious two-bedroom condo offers a relaxing, private and inspiring place to take some Time Out in Flagler Beach.   One of the features that sets this 2 bedroom condo apart from the rest is that everything is in walking distance!  Park the car and walk one block to the beach or pier; walk to one of the many good restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner; on a hot day take a walk over to have a cold beer and sit on a roof-top terrace overlooking the ocean; cross our street and find some local art at the artists' colony; on Friday morning walk over to the weekly outdoor farmer's market and bring home some local honey, vegetables, fruit and more to your home away from home! 

This fully furnished and newly renovated condo is clean, modern and spacious with lots of natural light.  It’s a 2nd floor unit overlooking the heated swimming pool, and also has views to the east towards the ocean.

On site we have the use of laundry facilities, free to our guests, and an air conditioned exercise room furnished with a treadmill, stationery bike, elliptical machine and a tv.

Our condo is situated within a private fenced-in Key West styled building, centrally located in the quaint village of Flagler Beach, where there are several good restaurants and interesting shops within walking distance. The restaurants offer fresh catch-of-the-day while the shops display local artists’ work and unique crafts and souvenirs.

There is plenty to experience here, from the six miles of pristine & uncrowded beaches to nature walks and abundant fishing at the Flagler Beach Municipal Pier. We are also part of the A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway preserving that Old Florida charm. Take in the serene sunrises and all the beauty of nature that surrounds you here.

Small pets are welcome, and with this pet-friendly rental, you can take your dog to the designated area of the beach, just a few blocks from the pier!

It’s a perfect place for a beach escape so bring a book, a bathing suit and your fishing pole and enjoy your "Time Out in Flagler Beach."
