a non smoking unit/non smoking building.NO PETS ALLOWED
Ocean View and Bay View available from porch. Great location. Easy
access from Fenwick Island, rt. 54. 1/2 block to Ocean. Walk to
Fenwick shops, movies and restaurants.

Large hall full bath. Each bedroom includes tv/dvd combination,
clock radio and plenty of closet space.Kitchen has small flat screen
tv w/dvd. Living Room 42" flat screen tv, vcr and dvd player. Also,
high speed internet computer for use of renters. Washer/Dryer,
Microwave,
Dishwasher and All modern conveniences available.Exercise room and
pool on property. 2 parking spaces available for unit.
Linens and Sheets not included in rental. Ask for details. Guests
are responsible for leaving the unit as you found it. This year, in addition to Saturday cleaning, I have a cleaning service coming in on Wednesday, 11am to do light mini cleaning.
