Winter rates as low as $300 for the week. Monthly rates for winter are $950/month.
January-February $400/week; $75/night; $950/month
March-May -$700/week; $100/night
June-August-$850 week; $115/night
September-December-$650/week; $95/night
Price includes cleaning fee. There is an 11% tax appplied. Rates subject to change. Holiday Rates apply (includes the following: Memorial Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day). Saturday to Saturday rental during the Summer months. 3 night minimum stay.
