A Vacation Condo with  lots of amenities. Relax at this 2010 renovated beach condo. This spacious, no smoking, pet-free 2 bedroom end unit has everything you need , from beach chairs, tennis rackets, golf cubs, and beach cart .There are bikes for rent to ride on the beach.The condo unit is on beach-side property (no crossing streets).

The  beach is  a  5 minute walk across the private boardwalk over the salt water marsh . You will have  the view of the wildlife and of the Robert Trent Jones golf course at Palmetto Dunes. Coco's. The  beach  cabana, serves foods and  beverages. The beach shuttle take you to the beach and back to  the Resort .

The kitchen appliances are new, full-size refrigerator, microwave, Hot top  stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, and coffee  maker. The  kitchen includes silverware, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, bowls, many pots and pans, wine and cocktail glasses. 

The dining room has  a ceiling fan with remote control,, a  large Table and 6 chairs . 

The front patio is complete with a table and chairs. 

The living room has a ceiling fan,a 42" HDTV,with a  blue ray/DVD player,a small library of Blue Ray/Dvd movies to view, a lounge chair, a iPod docking station and a  radio  cd/tape player. A full size mattress  Futon  that converts to a full size bed.

The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, a 32 inch  HDTV, blue ray/ DVD player ,a full size bed ,a small  library of books,and a lounge chair There is also a private bath with a tub and shower. A  computer with a  printer to process applications. There is Wi Fi supply by Hargray,the fee is $10 a day, $20 per week . Log in to this  computer and follow the instructions.You can also use your  Laptop to login to this Wi Fi. With you Laptop  you can log in to a  FREE  WI FI in the Building #3 by the indoor Pool.This  WI FI CAFE also has a copier.

The second bedroom has a ceiling fan, Two Twin  beds and a 32  inch HDTV with a  blue ray/DVD player , a radio and a lounge chair. A full bath is  in the  next room.

The resort has two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with a kid’s  pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, indoor jogging track, workout room, six lighted tennis courts, picnic tables and grills. On site  convenience store and deli, volleyball at the beach, elevators and free parking. The Hilton Head Resort is a 24 hour gated beach community convenient to bike paths, restaurants and shopping.
