Awesome Condo With Spectacular Views!

Spent a week here over Spring Break and the condo truly exceeded our expectations! All of the rooms were incredibly decorated, the kitchen was very modern, there were TV's in all the rooms, and most enjoyable was the view of the ocean from the wall of sliding glass doors!

If we wanted, we could open the Japanese-inspired paper doors in the morning and enjoy the view of the ocean from the Master Bedroom. The second bedroom was smaller, obviously, but with the two bathrooms it was more than comfortable for me, my wife and teenage son.

I'm not much of a pool person when at the beach, but we did hit the pool a couple of times and it was always very clean. You could access a private path to the beach via the pool, but it was just as easy to skip taking the pool key to the beach and just walk around the corner to the park beach access.

Given the time of year and all the people who were vacationing, we found the beach to be family-friendly with plenty of room for everyone (especially at low tide). The boogie boards provided with the unit also made for some fun in the surf that kicked up after a late-night storm.

We received our deposit back from the rental company just five days after our return home which shows us that they are on top of their rentals.

If I had the money, I'd buy this unit in a heartbeat!

Worst Vacation Ever!!

We spent sometime in Jacksonville last summer and was looking forward to our return. This time, however, was not near as enjoyable. Upon our arrival the air conditioning was not working and despite the reality companies efforts to get the air restored, we only had air conditioning for less than 24 hours. We ended up leaving one night early, due to the tempature in the condo was 90 degrees and we had enough of the heat. The owner is refunding only 1 night, a one night credit is not enough to entice us to return. No one wants to go on vacation and drive over 10 hours to stay in a 90 degree condo, this really ruined our trip. I don't know if we will ever return to Jacksonville, but if we do we will NOT stay in this condo.

Fantastic Condo!

Wonderful condo! It was very clean and modern. The bathrooms and kitchen were very up to date. Great beach front view and well maintained surroundings with a pool view. We almost didn't want to leave the condo, but the beach was so nice and inviting. We definitely plan on going back.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
