This romantic location is ideal for those who wish seclusion, want  R & R ,peace and serenity and require a measure of privacy. For this reason a car is recommended.The villa is situated on the edge of a 100ft cliff with an exquisite panoramic view of the sea,caressed  by constant prevailing easterly sea breezes. Featuring natures own solid coral stone walls  and exposed beams,this three bedroom  and two bathrooms (one ensuite) vacation villa can comfortably accomodate up to 6 vacationers. The master bedroom  with AIR CONDITIONING has a queen-size bed , with en-suite bath.The other two bedrooms have   1 queen-sized bed . and 1 king-size bed( or two twin beds)+AC in kingsized bedroom.For your indoor entertainment villa Teach'n'song features a satellite Tv, with DVD player and CD stereo System+Wifi, to stay hooked to your favourite shows, movies, and sitcoms. IF you love to cook you will find the well equipped kitchen matching up to your requirements. There is a charcoal barbeque for hosting some sizzling cookouts. Make the most of your favourite author as the reading library houses a choice collection of books from all over the world, many of which have been kindly donated over the years by the guests themselves. You can also frolic in the private outdoor pool for afternoon fun. The pool is set in the private well furnished patio and  deck to work on your beautiful suntan. If you love to play golf during vacations you will be delighted to make this OCEAN CITY,BARBADOS villa near golf course  as your preferred choice. There are several safe swimming beaches to enjoy ususal beach activities. Apart from playing golf, you can enjoy boating,jet skiing,windsurfing, and deep sea fishing or just soak in the inspiring panoramicbillion dollar ocean views and recharge your energies. A ten minute walk from our ocean front villa will take you to the grocery store , doctor or pharmacy.

We , as permanent residents reside in Barbados from Mid October to Mid May along with our trustworthy, friendly manager,helper  who lives nearby year round, are available at all times to assist you in every way possible

Maid service is included 2 visits weekly, additional services can be
provided upon request;i.e.(maid will cook evening meals upon
request, price negotiable excluding groceries). Property is located 5
minutes drive from the airport, 3 minutes from the grocery store,
local pharmacy and doctor. 3 minutes to Anglican church. 10-15
minutes to golf course and driving range, 15 minutes to
entertainment on south coast and 15 minutes to Miami Beach, 7
minutes to Crane Beach.

This is our second year in a row at this beautiful villa, and have already booked for next year. The description and the pictures shown by the owners are accurate,regarding the location, layout and facilities offered. The property is clean, and well maintained with someone coming in regulary to clean , and someone else coming in to maintain the pool. The owners go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and well being. I would absloutely recommend this property to my friends.If you don't rent a car you are not far from the bus stop which will take you a short ride to the nearby grocery store. A car is recommended for touring and seeing the beautiful island of Barbados. We did a tour of the entire island. WE ate at home because we had everything necessary there

Attractively styled privacy lattices have been recently placed at
either end of the pool deck for all guests especially sun
worshippers. As owners we continue to marvel at breathtaking view
and beauty of the villa/setting.
Some guests seldom leave the premises because of the tranquility.

Coast.
We are now experiencing repeat guests.
