 Sorry house is rented from memorial day until labour day 2013 ,  rentals are available for off season, check available dates on the calender. minimum 2 week rental                 .......................................................  , it is $10000 from memorial day to end june , $17000 for july and $ 19000 for august till labour day......or for season from labour day to memorial day a reduced rate of $39000, a  minimum of 1 week rentals ..... all weeks in june is $2500 -$3000 per week           july 4th week is $4800 and all other weeks in july is $4300  per week  ,      August are $4800 to $5900 per week , rates are available off season too, weeks usually begin sunday to following sunday ,there is $200 cleaning fee  for weeklys and electric will be charged as per usage .
