Vacation Rental Description

1929 home with 1200 square feet of space. Beautiful, park-like back
yard, about 1/2 acre. 2 Bedrooms each with a Queen bed and TV/DVD, 1
office/bedroom with day bed and trundle unit. New extra bathroom, located
downstairs near laundry. 
Max. occupancy is 6 (7 if age2 or under.) 
Perfectly located in downtown Cedar city. Only 2 blocks from the Utah
Shakespearean Festival, SUU and one block from Historic Main street.
Surrounded by pioneer homes and charming Bed and Breakfasts.

There is a 1 bedroom basement apartment with a separate entrance that
may be occupied occasionally by the owners for property maintenance. 
It may also be available for rent. Please inquire as to availability.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 Queen beds and a day bed with trundle.  Central a/c, Cable TV, DVD
player, internet, off street parking.  Small kitchen has new granite
counters. Full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, garbage 
disposal, kitchen supplies. Hair dryer. Iron and ironing board. Sound
machines in all bedrooms. Propane BBQ.  Portable crib and highchair. 
Library and games.  CD stereo system and video game player. Horseshoes 
and croquet. Washer and dryer available for use.

We have a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy on the entire property. 
Well behaved children welcome.
Check in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Check out is 11am.

Activities and Attractions

Cedar City, also known as Festival City, is rich in year round
activities. It is 5,800 feet above sea level and enjoys four seasons.
Our location is ideal for day trips to Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks and
Kolob National Parks. Brian Head is only 29 miles away.  Las Vegas 172
miles. Salt Lake City 253 miles.
Grand Canyon North Rim and Lake Powell are 3 hours away.  World famous
Shakespearean Festival, Utah summer games and numerous other festivals
throughout the year.

Vacation Rental Rates

Our cottage house rents for $195.00 per night, 3 night minimum. 
Discount for stays of 4 nights or longer. 
(Stays of less than 30 days require a 10.25% added tax.)
$300 security deposit--fully refundable if no damage. Payable within
14 days of check out. $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee added for
monthly stays.

TERMS: 50% deposit due upon booking. Balance due at least 14 days
before stay. Credit cards accepted thru PayPal.  

CANCELLATIONS: 7 days or less, one nights rent will be charged. More
than 7 days full refund, less $25 cancellation charge.
