Surrounded by pioneer homes and charming Bed and Breakfasts, this Wonderful, clean, cottage was originally built in 1929.  Bedrooms have antique furniture and the bathrooms have all been updated. Great get-a-way home to relax and enjoy Southern Utah and all it's beauty.

to keep your car(s) off the street. 

Perfectly located in Cedar city. One block from Historic Main street, two blocks
to SUU and the Shakespeare Festival.

Upstairs has 1200 square feet of space with 3 Bedrooms & 1 bath.
Downstairs is the laundry, 1 bedroom and 2 extra bathrooms, as well as, another kitchen and sitting area.

For the comfort of all our guests, our Cottage, as well as, the entire property,
is non smoking.

Upstairs there are 2 Queen beds and 1 day bed with trundle to comfortably sleep up to 6 adults.  Max adult guests upstairs is 6. Downstairs has 1 Queen bed and a Futon couch. Portable crib, twin rollaway bed also available. Cable TV, DVD player, ipod docking station, wifi. Each kitchen has a Full size refrigerator and oven and is equipped with a microwave and kitchen supplies.  Hair dryer in each bathroom. Other amenities; Iron and ironing board, Sound machines, CD stereo, Library, board games, Rocking chairs and Propane BBQ.

There are two A/C units to cool/heat each level.

We have a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy on the entire property.

Well behaved children welcome.

Cedar City, also known as Festival City, is rich in year round
activities. It is 5,800 feet above sea level and enjoys four seasons.
Our location is ideal for day trips to Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks and
Kolob National Parks. Brian Head is only 29 miles away. Las Vegas 172
miles. Salt Lake City 253 miles.
Grand Canyon North Rim and Lake Powell are 3 hours away. World famous
Shakespeare Festival, Utah summer games and numerous other festivals
throughout the year.

****Rates are set for a maximum number of 9 guests.  Any visitors over the max. occupancy, whether day or night visitors, need owner's approval.****

We do not double book cottage so if you only rent upstairs you still have full use of the property ( except for the basement apartment. )

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS ON PROPERTY IS 9 IF WHOLE HOUSE IS RENTED (6 FOR BASEMENT.) VISITORS OR GUESTS OF RENTAL PARTY THAT TOTAL MORE MUST HAVE OWNER'S APPROVAL.

CANCELLATIONS:  $45.00 FEE IS CHARGED ON ALL CANCELLATIONS.
Cancellations require at least 14 days notice for a refund.
Less than 14 days, one nights rent will be deducted from
deposit but may be applied to a future rental.
