Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful 2nd floor beach house is located on the ocean side of Asbury Avenue in the quiet 
southern end section of the city and is only one block from one of Ocean City's best beaches.  
Within a couple miles you will find the central shopping district and the famous Ocean City 
boardwalk.  After a great day on the beach, relax on the front deck as you watch the sun set, or 
step up to the rooftop deck and enjoy the ocean and bay views.

A short 30 minute ride south on the New Jersey Parkway and you will be in historic Cape May.  Head 
north and you are in Atlantic City with its casinos, world renowned restaurants, and famous 
boardwalk.

The house sleeps 9 and features a master bedroom with a queen sized bed and private bathroom, 
bedroom #2 has a bunk with a full sized bed on the bottom and a single on the top, and bedroom #3 
has two single beds.  The living room has a queen size sleep sofa. Outside you will find an enclosed 
shower, single car garage, and offstreet partking for one additional vehicle. You are responsible 
for all bed linens and towels.

All rentals are Saturday to Saturday.  Check in time is 2PM Saturday and checkout time is 10AM the 
following Saturday. A 50% rental deposit and $250 security deposit are required within seven (7) 
days of lease exectution.  Your rental is not confirmed until the lease is executed and all deposits 
are received.  The remaining 50% of the rental is due seven (7) days prior to your rental start 
date. 

**It's not too early to book a week for the Fall.  Ocean City is a great place to visit in the Fall -
 the temperature is still quite warm and crowds have thinned out.**

Please, no smoking and no pets.

Fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, central air conditioning, phone with local and 
long distance, wireless Internet, 4 TV's, 3 dvd's, 2 vcr's, roof top deck with views of the ocean 
and bay, front deck, outside enclosed shower, garage with room for one vehicle (room for one 
additional vehicle on the driveway), 4 ceiling fans.
