This beautiful waterfront lake house is located in Bushkill, PA within the Pocono Mountain Lake Estates (PMLE) community and near all major attractions.  It is in the heart of the Delaware Recreational National Park.  The private community lake is about 25 acres, very quiet and non motored.  It is carefully maintained by our board and has a sandy beach, sand volleyball court, picnic areas and much more within a two minute walk.  The property is about 0.6 of an acre and you can also enjoy a relaxing view from our dock, swim on the POOL (on the Premises and professionally serviced), swim in the lake, fish or just listen to the sounds of nature.  For runners, this area has some challenging and very low traffic hills and roads for your enjoyment.  The deer will be your fans on route.

The Poconos make a wonderful playground for just about any couple or family. For the adventurous, outdoorsy type, there are numerous hiking trails including

the Appalachian Trail, as well as, whitewater rafting in the Delaware River (10 mins away) and Lehigh Valley Gorge. For those who like to sightsee, there are dozens of places to visit, like Bushkill Falls, known as the “Niagara of Pennsylvania,” Callie’s Candy Kitchen, home to some of the best chocolate confections, or Knoebel’s Groves, a family owned amusement park that has been around since the 1950’s. For those looking for the ultimate in relaxation, there are chair lift rides, horseback riding, and fishing, activities that allow the opportunity to take in the natural beauty of the Poconos.

No matter the season, the Pocono Mountains have dozens of activities for any couple or family. Cleaning fee ($110) and 6% Tax not included in the rental price. 

A $300.00 security/damage deposit will be added to the rental fee. We will refund the security deposit if no damages occur during your stay within 30 days from the end of the rental.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm a weekly reservation. All weekend rentals must be paid in full at the time of reservation.  We accept cash, personal checks, pay pal or money orders.  A $30 service fee will be charged for return checks.

Check-in time after 3:00 pm. Check-out time before 11:00 am.

Tenants are responsible for all damages to the property or missing items during your occupancy. The cabin is inspected after each departure to ensure it is left in good condition. We appreciate your cooperation regarding this matter.
