vacation rental description
We have for rent a beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath condo in the Ocean Drive Area of North Myrtle Beach. It is just one short block to the beach. This year we have completely redecorated the bathroom with everything replaced except the tub. The living room and kitchen have been repainted and a new sink and counter tops installed. The bedrooms have queen beds and you will love the pillowtop mattresses. There is a large pool to enjoy and a balcony with a great breeze from the ocean to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. You can walk to Main Street in Ocean Drive and enjoy any number of great restaurants and an ice cream stand that has been there for years.
It is a non smoking condo and no pets are allowed. We require 1/2 weeks rental to reserve and there is a $75.00 cleaning fee....no exceptions on the cleaning fee.....I have found that my idea of clean and some renters are two different things. Please don't ask to clean it yourself!! You must furnish your own linens, and toiletries.
There is a laundry area on the first floor as our condo.
