entertainment amenities, will make your seasonal vacation one of 
your most memorable ones.  This 4BR 3.5BA house, with over 2,900 sq 
ft and includes a 2 room casita with full bathroom in between.  It 
has very warm wood colors, leather and textured furniture plus a LCD 
TV/Bose surround Sound/entertainment center in the family room.  all 
the bedrooms have LCD TV's and their own bathrooms.  An island 
kitchen has plenty of room for the gourmet cook or the designated 
snack maker.  A pool/spa/water feature enhances the outdoor 
eating/entertainment/relaxation area that also includes a built-in 
BBQ.  Overall, this unique location/house will captivate you and 
your family/guests.  You will definitely be planning your next 
vacation here even before you depart.  Meal/snack delivery service 
is available from over 25 local restaurants.  Restaurants and 
shopping (including grocery delivery and meal/snack delivery service 
from over 30 restaurants-Restaurant Express) are available in the 
nearby village of La Quinta, the new ever expanding "Old Town La 
Quinta", with its quaint boutiques and eateries, and beyond.  Also 
available are the sports and spa facilities and restaurants of the
