Vacation Rental Description

Charming one Bedroom, one-1/2 bath condo, fourth(top) floor, 
elevator building about 30+ units.  Searise section is one block 
from Jupiter Beach.  Building D, unit D-404.  Pergo, tile and 
carpet. Furnished with modern 
microfiber loveseat, sofa, recliner, rattan dining table, rattan 
patio chaises , Queen sized bed.  Kitchen appliances include 
microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer/ oven/ refrig.
Walk-in closet in bedroom. Master full bath and 1/2 half bath. Patio 
storage. Small screened balcony. Dedicated parking space. Quiet 
neighborhood.  Utilities are included:  electrical, basic cable, 
water. High speed internet access and telephone service  is paid by 
the tenant-  
bellsouth/ already wired for it. Very reasonable.
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Management office.  Security.  Pool.  Playground. Tennis club and 
facilities are 
extra. HardTru courts. Pro available for lessons. Walk to the ocean.

This unit is near the following: beach with lifeguards, dog friendly 
beach,

fishing, wakeboarding, jet ski rentals, kite boarding, cinema, 
shops, eateries, 
supermarket   and the Maltz Jupiter Theatre.  We are very close to 
restaurants such as : Jetty’s,  Schooner’s, Guanabana, Food Shack, 
Sugar Cane Island Bistro, Loggerhead, Sinclair’s, and the famous 
tiki bar-  Square Grouper, also called Castaways -  adults only.  

Jupiter also has areas with following:  Fishing piers/ jetty; 
picnic; fishing charters; dive boats; sightseeing boats; dinner 
cruises; charters;  yacht clubs; museums; The Jupiter Lighthouse; 
history museum; horsebackriding; canoeing; Jonathan Dickinson State 
Park;
Hobe Sound Nature Center up the road.

Our Abacoa section of  Jupiter offers : major league baseball spring

hrs north of the Florida Keys. Three hours from the Gulf Coast- Fort 
Myers, 
Sarasota, Tampa.

Vacation Rental Rates

This unit is available for an annual lease rental-  $1200 a month.
We will consider seasonal rental for 2009 at following rental per month-  $3000 a month.

We require a refundable damage deposit of $500. 
Also, the tenant must pay a non-refundable $110 exit cleaning fee, 
before rental begins. The first number listed is our home and it 
rings to our fax if we are out. Then try second number.

Every renter has to go through the JORC association with an 
application $75. Tenant supplies owner with a credit report. For 
seasonal rentals, I will 
need a security deposit of one months rent as well as the first 
month, due before the start of the rental period. For single months, 
we require all fees paid in full 30 days prior to rental start. 

For those of you with a small dog, I will consider small dog, BUT 
you also have to file a pet application with the association.

Non smokers only.

And everyone abides by the rules of parking, what kind of vehicles 
(trucks) that are prohibited etc.

That is what makes this place such a nice place to retire, to 
vacation, or live all year round.
