This unit is available for an annual lease rental- $1050 a month.
We will consider seasonal and off seasonal rental for 2008-2009 at following rental per month-
$2700 a single
month. $2600 per month for two or more months.
Also this unit is for sale at $159,500.


We require a refundable damage deposit of $1000.
Also, the tenant must pay a non-refundable $110 exit cleaning fee,
before rental begins.

Every renter has to go through the JORC association with an
application $100. Tenant supplies owner with a credit report. For
seasonal rentals, I will
need a security deposit of one months rent as well as the first
month, due before the start of the rental period. For single months,
we require all fees paid in full 60 days prior to rental start.

For those of you with a small dog, I will consider small dog, BUT
you also have to file a pet application with the association.
