Air Condition rooms in the Main House.

Without having a beach area it is not recommended for children who can not swim.

Also includes secure dockspace for your boat.

Bed Linens and bath towels are included with your stay.

10' x 10' canopy right on the dock with a table and chairs for dining.

The cottage is 1.89 miles North of Hammondsport on route 54A, known as West Lake Road.

Just Perfect

It was a perfect week of vacation with all the comforts of home. This cottage is just lovley full of great furnishings and everything a family would need for a fabulous week of relaxing. The cottage was very clean and well maintained! We stayed with our 3 children ages 10-13 and another couple. There were plenty of activities available to us rain or shine. The location was wonderful, close to many of the wineries, antique shops, and downtown Hammondspost. Leslie and Teri made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We all are very much looking forward to staying again next year. This is the perfect spot for a lake cottage vacation!!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Wow! Amazing Place!

This cottage was so amazing. Cute, comfortable, cozy and clean. The garden was fantastic and had an amazing sleeping porch right on the water. Imagine a cool summer evening.... dinner(grilled of course!) under the candle lit gazebo on the dock, listening to the waves and the sound of a light drizzle...Kids playing board games inside...and endless bottles of local wines a flowing....sounds dreamy doesn't it! That's what this place is all about! We had such a good time. We will for sure come back and stay here. Leslie(one of the owners) was fantastic to work with, very accessible and can tell she really loves her cottage. I can't say enough...thanks for a great week!!! see you next year!

A little piece of paradise

There is a lot to say about this little piece of paradise on Keuka lake. The renters of this property were the best that I have ever dealt with when renting a house. Everything we needed was where it was supposed to be. The availability of towels and linens was nice. The kitchen was fully furnished and clean. The boat house on the water was amazing. Waking up to the sound of the waves will melt away your worries if you are lucky enough to pick the short straw and sleep there. Endless hours I know have been spent sitting on that dock fishing and watching the sun go down over the trees. If you are looking for quaint house on a beautiful lake this is the place. Already planning next years trip!!!
