From the private balcony, you get to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Banderas Bay, beaches, downtown, and surrounding mountains.  Also the new 8Ft Balcony door completely opens to blend the living room and Balcony together, giving you the open feeling.

The nightly sunsets from the private balcony will be etched in your memory forever. From the large windows in the master bedroom, you can watch the ocean waves while reading your favorite book. When you rent this condominium, you get to use all the facilities of the Holiday Inn, such as the large beach-side swimming pool, hot tubs, gym, steam room, three restaurants, tennis courts, private sun-tanning area, palapas, all for your enjoyment. Beach towels are supplied free daily for your use.

BATHROOM: The bathroom area has also been completely remodelled. Now four people can use the bathroom area at the same time. We have a separate Shower, a separate toilet and a separate powder room with 2 vanities.
