This upstairs unit has a full kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Rooms
are generous in size and nicely furnished with all the comforts of
home. Living room has large sliding glass doors that open for white
water views, beautiful sunsets and to feel the ocean breezes. There
is also a downstairs patio area where you can enjoy the outdoors,
sit and people watch, sunbathe,take in the views, and BBQ.
Located in a very desirable area of Newport Beach, on the Balboa
Penninsula, between 31st and 32nd streets. Easy walking distance to
market, Block Buster Video, Carl's Jr., Pizza, Sub, & Chinese Take
Out, Spaghetti Factory, Crab Cooker, and the Newport and Balboa
Piers.Our Vacation home is located on the ocean front, on the
boardwalk for safe and enjoyable activities: biking,
rollerblading walking, jogging.
Just 45 miles South of LAX, 20 minutes from Orange County's John
Wayne Airpoirt.
