There is a large Balconied Living Room, kitchen with new appliances and kitchen nook for eating and board games. The Sun Porch has love seats /chairs and table seating for card games. The Outside Picnic table seats 12 with a propane WEBER BBQ. Short walk to Salt Pond if you'd like launch a canoe or kayak. Less than one mile to drive Scarborough State and 2 miles to Sand Hill Cove and Narragansett Beaches. Accommodates 12 persons.
